The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

My international client is looking to add a Residential Valuer to their living sector team (BTR, PBSA, Co-living). You will provide valuation consultancy advice as well as supporting developers with viability analysis for large mixed-use development schemes in London and across the UK.

Example Projects include:

  • Portfolio valuation of 15 residential development sites located around the UK on behalf of a national housebuilder.
  • Valuation of a mixed-use development site in London with in excess of 350 proposed units.
  • Valuation of residential portfolio within the Home Counties with 100 residential units.

Additionally, they also undertake some development valuations within the living sector and general resi-led developments. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adept in numbers, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will hold the responsibility of guiding and nurturing other team members' development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property valuations across a number of residential sites for varying clients.
  • Prepare and manage valuation tasks for discussion with senior colleagues.
  • Execute secured lending valuations and occasional specialised valuations, such as development valuations, as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster and expand the department’s current and potential client connections.
  • Attend presentations and events as necessary.

Qualifications

  • MRICS
  • Proficient in numerical analysis and adept in MS Office suites and database management.
  • Essential attributes include strong report writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Argus Developer is preferred.
  • A solid grasp of diverse markets in London and the Southeast is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical abilities and report writing.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative teamwork is an indispensable aspect of the role.
