The Opportunity

As an Investment Manager, you will play an integral role across the full investment lifecycle — from origination to execution and portfolio value creation. Working closely with the senior team, you will gain hands-on exposure to public-to-private transactions and special situations across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Working across the entire deal lifecycle, from initial sourcing and evaluation through to execution and portfolio management
  • Supporting origination efforts, identifying and analysing new investment opportunities
  • Leading core elements of due diligence, including financial modelling, market research, and strategic analysis
  • Preparing detailed investment committee materials, including memos, valuation outputs, and risk assessments
  • Collaborating with portfolio company management teams post-investment to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term value creation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong commercial instincts and interest in small-cap public-to-private transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
