The Opportunity

Day to day duties:

• Responsible for the success of the department, leading by example while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.
• Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service by not only yourself, but the wider team.
• Act as a lead on assignments, pulling all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability.

What are we looking for?

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
• Ability to network both internally and externally to promote the department and win new work.
• Strategic mindset, encouraging you to generate your own transaction flow while also offering strategy and direction for the wider business.
