Based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities. We are currently looking for a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.
Main tasks:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, incl. brands, agencies, and other strategic partners.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.
- Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are met.
- Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new partnership deals.
- Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaboration, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency in all partnership communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Analyze data and insight to measure partnership effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI and key learnings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport / Endurance.
- Strong Marketing background with a degree (Bachelor or Master) in related fields.
- Fluent English and French in speaking and writing is mandatory, any other European language is considered as a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) together with a good knowledge of graphic programs (Adobe).
- Reliable team player with very good communication and presentation skills and excellent ability to work under pressure.
- Proven track record in managing successful partnerships and commercial deals.
- May require occasional travel for partner meetings and events.
