We’re on the hunt for a passionate and innovative Senior Simulation Concepts Engineer to join our Simulation Concepts Team within Vehicle Dynamics. As a Senior Simulation Concepts Engineer, you will contribute to the team’s success through the analysis of simulation and associated methodology, and the development of our vehicle simulation capability. We're looking for a trailblazer; you’ll need to develop novel ways of using our most advanced simulations and lead the development and improvement of our next generation models & simulations. You will prototype your ideas and follow them through until they are fully productionised and integrated into the wider team.

Key Focus Areas
- Vehicle Model Development & Correlation: Analysis of drivability & stability, development of vehicle parameters, rig test methods development, and automation of correlation optimisation methods.
- Leading Vehicle Simulations & Data Analysis Methodology: Develop the methodology of how best to leverage our lap sim, ride sim & inference sim tools to answer performance questions.
- Support Future Car Concept Simulation: Apply new simulation method prototypes to future car concept performance analysis to prove out concepts.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support other teams to maximise the impact of our simulation tools.
