We have an opportunity for a Power Unit Integration Engineer to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will support power unit integration activities. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. What you will be doing:

  • Engineering coordination of external dyno and rig testing, including generation of test plans and specifications.
  • Control and distribution of power unit assembly and part data.
  • Development, design and release of parts and assemblies required for external dyno and test rig installations and PU related garage equipment.
  • Ownership of your projects, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Head of Power Unit Integration.
  • Providing complete information for production processes, including materials, techniques, and quality requirements.
  • Support of other power unit integration activities, including liaison with power unit, fuel and lubricant partners.
  • Support of the design group to meet the overall performance and delivery targets.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar.
  • Experience in F1 or other motorsport industries preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, materials, and analysis.
  • Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email.
  • Ability to prioritise in a time pressured environment and manage personal deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and comfortable working independently, while meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc).
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
