We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Manager with specialist experience in Contraception and Sexual Health (CASH) to lead and support our dedicated team in Blackburn.
As a key member of the local leadership team, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred clinical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, providing professional leadership to the nursing team, and driving service excellence across our clinics.
Essential criteria:- Current NMC registration
- Senior nurse management experience
- Relevant qualifications in contraception and GU medicine for example FSRH Diploma and STIF Competencies or equivalent
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring check
- Valid right to work in the UK
Location: Blackburn, BB2 2BL
Salary: £46,226 FTE per annum + £3,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available
After successfully completing your probation, you'll be eligible to join our 4 Day Week programme – work 20% fewer hours with no reduction in pay.
