A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Studio Manager to join a thriving and dynamic architecture practice. As the Studio Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio operates smoothly, providing support to a creative team and managing day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, perfect for someone with a strong organisational background and a passion for architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and studio organisation to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Directors and design teams.
- Ensure studio supplies are stocked and the office environment is well-maintained.
- Organise studio events, presentations, exhibitions, and other creative activities.
- Provide support to the Directors and design teams in various administrative capacities.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in a studio management or similar role within a creative practice.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.
