We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in the FMCG space or similar, to join their team in this brand-new role based in Hertfordshire. This role offers some flexible working with 2 days per week in the office and travel to client sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Increase awareness of the brands capability across target sectors.
  • Developing and closing a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, lead generation and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
