About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our day-to-day ecommerce operations, customer service, platform development, and business expansion. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to take ownership across multiple departments. You'll be joining at a critical and exciting stage of our growth, with huge opportunities to build, lead, and make a real impact on the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise operational processes across ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, and customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and coordinate platform development, working closely with tech, marketing, and product teams.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer service processes, and scalability.
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers, operations, and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Help lead expansion projects including product launches, new categories, and regional growth initiatives.
  • Set, track, and deliver on operational KPIs, reporting to leadership on performance and improvement areas.
  • Develop and manage team workflows across multiple departments.
