We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the Butlin's Team based in Bognor Regis. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in our fantastic American Diner. Our guests are looking to load up on juicy made-to-order signature burgers, Louisiana chicken fingers served on Texas toast, sweet and smoky BBQ-glazed ribs and deliciously creamy shakes.
You will be responsible for running a busy kitchen which caters for approximately 140 covers serving American style food through busy bottomless brunch, lunch and dinner services. You will lead and ensure the team comply with all food safety, health & safety and all company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing margins and controlling costs and all things health, safety and hygiene related.
We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role. You will need to be hard working and determined, a reliable person who likes to get things done and who will look for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards. We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving and who will understand their role and the value they can add to the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team.
You should have also passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a fast paced and busy kitchen environment. The successful candidate should be fun, keen to join in and work as part of a team, and is interested in ensuring our guests have a great time, every time.
Typical working hours: working five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week and are part of a bonus scheme.
