The National Law Firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its expanding London Banking & Finance Practice. This is an ample opportunity for personal progression.

The Role
- Independently manage a caseload while working closely with partners.
- Play a key role in business development, ideally bringing in new clients from their existing network.
- Delegate work and mentor junior team members, contributing to their training and career progression.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Corporate, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Property, as well as colleagues in the firm’s other offices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years PQE with solid banking & finance expertise in at least one specialist area of finance (e.g., real estate finance, structured finance, asset-based lending, trade/supply chain finance, financial regulation).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Passion for business development and team leadership.
