Location: Belfast

Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour

Hours: 37.5 weekly

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role: At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing Person Centred Support
  • Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support
  • Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
  • Supporting people to be safe and healthy

What We're Looking For: We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Criteria: To apply for this role, you MUST have:

  • Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone
  • Full, valid driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes in order to transport people we support. Class 2 business insurance is required.
  • Or Full, valid driving licence or ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
