Bettervits is one of the UK's fastest growing nutrition brands and we’re on a mission to become the biggest. Driven by science and delivered with care, our range of nutritional products have helped us bring 1M+ customers closer to their best selves.

The world has become all about content and we’re looking for a truly talented Social Media Strategist who is at the centre of it all. Someone who gets the behind the scenes strategy but can direct the stage as well. You don’t just doom scroll, you scroll and observe trends, nuances, edits and psychology to get what’s working and what’s not.

You’ll be responsible for orchestrating our social strategy, backed by real resources and investment to create something truly ground-breaking. Whether it’s creating a new content series, refining our visuals or giving back to the people in a major way, we want you to ideate and create content that forces emotional responses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with our team of editors, copywriters and content creators to ideate, create and curate emotionally-impactful content.
  • Dictating social direction and relentlessly overcoming obstacles to publish truly ground-breaking content.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure our strategies stay relevant and innovative.
  • Managing in-house creators to set benchmarks for deliverables, quality and expectations.
  • Collaborating with external talent such as editors, creators and organisations to bring content ideas to life.
  • Reporting to upper management to deliver social overviews, directions and brainstorm on social direction.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop assets that support campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day content.
  • Helping refine and evolve brand guidelines across platforms as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience growing social presence for health, beauty or pet brands.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Well-connected with a deep understanding of social circles to connect brands to cultural conversations.
  • Strong portfolio of social projects or initiatives that showcase your breadth of skills when it comes to creating content.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment without micromanagement.

Why Work With Us?

  • Fully Remote, Flexible Working Environment.
  • No Micromanagement - we care about output, not clock-watching.
  • World-Class Team - We value your ideas and contributions.
  • Clear Professional Development - Work with market-leading brands and progress with us.
