Our client, a prominent commercial law firm, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on complex and high-value property matters within a collaborative and flexible working environment.
About the Role: This position is ideally suited to a Senior Associate looking for a challenging, client-focused role with clear progression opportunities. You will advise a diverse client base, including major players in retail, leisure, clean energy, and property investment, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants.
- Managing due diligence processes, including title reviews, property searches, and responding to enquiries.
- Advising on real estate finance transactions and large-scale property deals, often working alongside colleagues in corporate, banking, construction, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Supporting the team's growth through business development initiatives, relationship building, and mentoring junior solicitors.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Real Estate law.
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial property transactions with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical skills in property finance, investment structures, and lease negotiations.
