Expert Construction welcomes applications from suitably qualified Forepersons for this immediate vacancy which will be based on a Social Housing project in Belfast. This Main Contractor has a large number of projects due to come to site and requires Site Managers with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project - 120 units TF Social Housing. Minimum of 60 month contract with further schemes after this. Strong pipeline of work in Northern Ireland.
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping
Key skills:
- 4-5 years Foreperson experience on Private / Social Housing projects
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
