They would be willing to look at those coming from other asset classes and their Issuance processes, but there is obvious preference to Equities. You must be capable of working in a standalone role, where your expertise will support the issuance subsequent lifecycles, but also help build out the processes and procedures, and deal with all nuances that may occur. Being able to converse with Issuing Agents, Custodians, Legal and Compliance functions should be clearly demonstrated on a CV.

Directly supporting the Structured Notes desk, this role will see you process UK & EMEA Structured notes transactions including all lifecycle events, including trade verification and reconciliations. You will also identify and explore issues related to securities and derivatives settlement. A detailed job description is available to those who submit a relevant CV.
