Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with institutional clients who purchase equity research services, serving as the primary point of contact after research agreements are in place.
- Monitor and maximise the value of research agreements with clients, ensuring clients receive appropriate service levels.
- Handle client inquiries about research, models, or agreement terms, addressing issues when they arise.
- Track client interactions, including sales team engagement, number of research meetings, and service delivery to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Work directly with the head of client management, managing broker liaison and commission management aspects of client relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience dealing in relationship management between buy-side research purchasers/sell-side research brokers - either from a buy-side or sell-side perspective.
- Experience working with equity research products/services and associated agreements/contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
