This role will provide pre-sales support, and post-sales oversight for large and/or strategic opportunities. Whilst the ServiceNow platform is central to our customers' expertise, Solution Architects are the ultimate authority for designing and solutioning on large and/or complex projects where ServiceNow needs to integrate with new or legacy technologies, or where our solutions require integration.
