We are seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Playing a pivotal role in driving Anabas' marketing strategy, the Marketing Manager will focus on promoting our brand, services, and values to both existing and prospective clients. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will support the promotional activities of Anabas Welcome, our reception services brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of strategic vision and practical expertise to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and drive brand growth. The position includes occasional travel across the UK and working from the Anabas Business Support Centre in Darlington when required.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning with business goals and sales targets.
- Continuously assess and optimise marketing strategies to ensure effectiveness.
Brand Management:
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer to ensure the consistency of the Anabas brand across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content that reflect the Anabas values and service pillars.
Content Development:
- Work closely with our Senior Content Manager to create content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, articles, blogs, and print materials.
- Focus on developing engaging and informative content that resonates with corporate clients.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Manage Anabas’ digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute video content strategies to enhance digital marketing and drive engagement across platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimise online presence and engagement.
Lead Generation & BD Support:
- Work closely with the Anabas & Anabas Welcome Business Development teams to support lead generation and sales efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, outbound LinkedIn activities, and promotional materials.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing manager role, preferably in facilities management, B2B services, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with content creation, campaign management, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Package, and Microsoft Office Suite (CRM experience is a plus).
