400kV Senior Authorised Person – Transmission – 6 month rolling contract – Day rate, outside IR35 – Onshore– Central belt, Scotland Hunter Philips are partnering with one of the worlds leading renewables organisations to help find them an experienced 400kV Senior Authorised Person to carry out operational works on their transmission systems. Responsibilities: * Performing switching, isolations and earthing on the system * Prepare, cancel and issue safety documentation for the contractors on site * Writing and implementing switching schedules * Carrying out isolations on the HV network, ensuring safe systems of work * Writing and reviewing RAMs documents * Carrying out fault finding and rectification on the 400kV network * Reporting to the internal managers on the status of the project * Delivery of the maintenance on the 400kV networks * Adhering and enforcing the clients safety rules & upholding Safety from the System Requirements: * Experience working in the transmission sector * Solid understanding on HV systems and best practice of works * You must hold 400kV SAP authorisations * Experience in onshore or offshore wind is desired but not essential * Located in Central Belt Scotland Logistics: * Start date in June/July * All inclusive day rate, outside IR35 * 6 month rolling contract
