Job Description: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated professionals with excellent analytical and organizational skills to join our Global Payroll team in Belfast or London. This client-facing role demands strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, curious, and innovative mindset, capable of contributing to the growth and development of this rapidly expanding business segment.

Responsibilities include addressing various client inquiries related to global payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the team to manage global mailboxes and address a variety of client queries, often urgent, requiring the ability to work under pressure.
  • Coordinating with our global network and technology team to ensure accurate processing of global payrolls and appropriate enhancements to our technology.
  • Supporting the implementation of our global technology solutions.
  • Leading regular client meetings to review global payroll KPIs, discuss technology enhancement requests, manage project plans and business requirements, and resolve any queries.

Skills and Experience:

  • You possess experience in an international payroll environment or within a payroll function.
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach, embracing change and developing new methods of working.
  • You have experience in a client-facing role and are confident in leading client calls, representing the PwC global payroll team.
  • You have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple client portfolios, along with strong project management skills.
