We have been instructed on a new Commercial Property Partner opportunity to join one of the largest real estate teams on the south coast with offices across the south east.
The firm is looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer or Partner who would like the platform and freedom to help lead this impressive, high performing team.
The role involves supervising and managing others as necessary. There is a significant amount of work coming through from all the firm's offices (predominantly landlord & tenant, property asset management, acquisitions, disposals and the provision of property advice on corporate deals) and so no client following is required.
In this key role, which would suit an experienced general commercial property solicitor with management aspirations, there is the opportunity for real ownership and a genuine seat at the decision making table.
