A fabulous opportunity for a performance driven and inquisitive Digital Marketeer with solid experience of managing in-house Meta Ads campaigns. Our client, an on-line commerce platform, has ambitious plans for growth and is looking for someone with energy and vision to join their growing team of marketers, based at their offices near Leeds.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to meet performance targets and maximise ROI. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing structured A/B testing for ad formats, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Analysing campaign data to identify trends, generate insights, and refine targeting.
- Collaborating widely with design teams to create high-performing ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram and web developers to optimise landing pages.
- Developing and managing remarketing strategies and advertising funnels to enhance customer engagement.
- Providing weekly reports with test results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous in-house experience managing high-budget Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in producing revenue through Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of remarketing strategies and customer funnel optimisation.
- Experience in A/B and multivariate testing with a test-and-learn approach.
- Confident user of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proven track record of increasing CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Knowledge of CRO initiatives to enhance ads and landing page performance.
- A collaborative approach—comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing and web teams.
