As we continue to expand our market presence, we seek a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the crucial role of Sales Team Supervisor at our Erith office.

The Role:

As our Sales Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales force to new heights. Your focus will be on nurturing and guiding our sales team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and ensuring the achievement of both individual and team objectives. Reporting directly to the Telesales Manager, you will be an essential link between the sales team and top management, providing critical insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of skilled sales professionals, providing direction and support

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Coach and mentor team members to enhance their selling skills and professional growth.

Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and action plans.

Conduct monthly one to one meetings with the team to discuss sales figures, KPI’s and development.

Prepare and deliver monthly sales meeting within the team.

Be responsible for a small customer base. Maximise sales revenue through direct marketing and telesales campaigns.
