Associate Director, Workplace

Prior experience of leading and developing workplace strategy and change projects? Keen to be at the forefront of some fantastic workplace projects across EMEA? Able to lead workplace projects from end to end?

This rapidly expanding workplace consulting team are seeking a hands on workplace strategist with change experience who can help take on some amazing commercial workplace projects. This role will involve being out and about at client sites, designing innovative solutions to champion brand new workplace effectiveness, driving workplace change and delivering best in class workplace strategy!

You will need circa 5 years’ experience in workplace consultancy including workplace strategy, change, communications and workplace design. You will also have full confidence in delivering end to end workplace projects! This client already has a fantastic reputation in developing innovative workplace projects from end to end as well as a host of internal workplace projects that this role will play a big part in!

This is a senior role reporting into a Director with huge growth opportunities to develop!
