We’re working with an impressive creative agency that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Producer with a strong background in project management and creating immersive experiences.
This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the project’s planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while coordinating and managing multiple workstreams. The Senior Producer will lead cross-functional teams, including creatives, technical experts, and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
As the primary client contact, you will manage client expectations, act as a problem solver under pressure, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project’s life cycle. Working closely with Account Managers, you’ll ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, maintaining a focus on the client’s goals and vision.
Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, creating detailed timelines and project roadmaps, breaking down complex briefs into actionable tasks, tracking progress, and addressing potential risks. You will be responsible for managing deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, and delivering the highest quality outputs across all creative and technical aspects.
