We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our dynamic event agency clients, based in South Manchester, who are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager/Producer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and creative event professional who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong client relationships. You'll take full ownership of event projects from brief to delivery, working with an inspiring and collaborative team.

- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable project plans within Monday.com.
- Support the business development team by brainstorming innovative, creative event solutions.
- Research and source the best supplier solutions for client events.
- Manage event projects end-to-end – from conception to onsite delivery.
- Regularly update senior management, internal stakeholders, and clients on project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and create mitigation plans.
- Manage project budgets and deliverables effectively.
- Take ownership and accountability for project success.
- Lead internal project teams through strong leadership, clear communication, and deadline management.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and venues.
- Oversee live event management and lead post-event debriefs, capturing key learnings.
- Champion and promote Saving Grace Events across social media and professional networks.
Proven track record in end-to-end event management and production.
- Customer-centric approach and passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
- Creative thinking and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Highly organised with excellent project and budget management abilities.
- Basic technical production/AV knowledge is advantageous.
