We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our dynamic event agency clients, based in South Manchester, who are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager/Producer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and creative event professional who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong client relationships. You'll take full ownership of event projects from brief to delivery, working with an inspiring and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable project plans within Monday.com.
- Support the business development team by brainstorming innovative, creative event solutions.
- Research and source the best supplier solutions for client events.
- Manage event projects end-to-end – from conception to onsite delivery.
- Regularly update senior management, internal stakeholders, and clients on project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and create mitigation plans.
- Manage project budgets and deliverables effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Take ownership and accountability for project success.
- Build and manage supplier relationships.
- Lead internal project teams through strong leadership, clear communication, and deadline management.
- Issue service agreements and supplier invoices within agreed timescales.
- Create comprehensive client and supplier briefs, running orders, and production schedules.
- Host and lead client and supplier meetings with professionalism.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and venues.
- Oversee live event management and lead post-event debriefs, capturing key learnings.
- Proactively nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Champion and promote Saving Grace Events across social media and professional networks.
- Always deliver a best-in-class service, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Support collective goals and contribute to the wider success and vision of the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in end-to-end event management and production.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric approach and passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
- Creative thinking and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Highly organised with excellent project and budget management abilities.
- Confident multi-tasker, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Basic technical production/AV knowledge is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a flexible, resourceful, and results-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in risk assessments, health and safety, and event procedures is a plus.
