Our client is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join their dynamic Consumer, Retail & Leisure Team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Play a central role in the execution of transactions, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead the development and review of detailed financial analyses and models for a wide range of transactions.
- Conduct thorough valuation analysis to support key decision-making.
- Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums, management presentations and marketing pitches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of live transactions, contributing to strategic and operational success.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive business due diligence.
- Perform in-depth industry research and conduct comparable company analysis to support transaction strategies.
- Client Relationship Management.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking.
- Strong background in sell-side transactions, particularly in the Consumer sector.
- Proven ability to manage and execute M&A deals with confidence.
- Excellent financial modelling, strategic research, and client presentation skills.
- A strong academic record.
- A desire to work in an intellectually demanding, fast paced, and creative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
