RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commission, repair and ensure maintenance visits of our water treatment equipment
  • Writing intervention reports
  • Participate in and/or perform equipment installation and start-up
  • Field customer service
  • Installation works
  • Assisting account manager to maintain existing customers
  • Technical consulting of existing and potential customers
  • Providing service to existing and potential customers
  • Identification of revenue potentials by transferring to Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at the beginning of their career and have engineering degree or relevant experience
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B Water Treatment / Chemical Engineering and/or Process Engineering
  • Good knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment
  • Degree with water experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Commercial experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Driving Licence is mandatory
