RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commission, repair and ensure maintenance visits of our water treatment equipment
- Writing intervention reports
- Participate in and/or perform equipment installation and start-up
- Field customer service
- Installation works
- Assisting account manager to maintain existing customers
- Technical consulting of existing and potential customers
- Providing service to existing and potential customers
- Identification of revenue potentials by transferring to Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at the beginning of their career and have engineering degree or relevant experience
- Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B Water Treatment / Chemical Engineering and/or Process Engineering
- Good knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment
- Degree with water experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Commercial experience
- MS Office skills
- Driving Licence is mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sales & service mindset
- Good organizational skills
- Open minded, flexible and creative
- Learning attitude and shows initiative
- Willingness for business travel
