We're seeking an experienced Uniform (IDOX) Specialist to lead the full implementation and optimisation of the system for a UK local authority. They are seeking an expert to fully configure, streamline, and embed it across key service areas, including Planning, Building Control, Environmental Health, Licensing, and Housing.
Uniform (IDOX) Implementation Specialist Key Responsibilities:- System Setup & Configuration
- Assess current system usage and identify optimisation opportunities
- Configure workflows and integrations with existing systems/databases
- Tailor the platform to reflect local authority-specific processes
- Conduct data audits and cleansing to ensure accuracy
- Migrate from any legacy systems with zero data loss
- Validate and test all transferred data to ensure system integrity
- Develop and deliver tailored training for council staff
- Provide clear documentation and run workshops
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
