By removing the barriers brought by the use of traditional controllers and camera-based tracking systems, the StretchSense Reality XR Glove brings a new level of immersion, allowing professionals to train as they would in real life; with their hands, naturally and intuitively. This radically improves trainee skill acquisition, engagement, and performance outcomes. With advanced stretch sensor technology and AI-driven motion intelligence, StretchSense is not just changing how people interact in virtual spaces; they are laying the foundation for a future of intelligent, data-driven skill development at scale. The VP of Sales & Partnerships will play a key role in leading the development of global sales strategies to drive revenue growth with a focus on the Enterprise XR Training Space. You will be responsible for establishing, building and nurturing global relationships and strategic partnerships in support of the overarching StretchSense strategy. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and executives.

This is a key position within StretchSense, operating at a senior level with the opportunity to drive the next evolution of the business. You will show demonstrable experience within a similar strategic global sales leadership post within technology. You will have working knowledge of AR, VR and AR (ideally with specific knowledge of the Enterprise XR Training space). A track record of building successful sales teams with a global footprint is essential. You’ll have a passion for technology and be excited about the potential of pushing the envelope of human interaction with virtual environments.

The role will be based in StretchSense’s Edinburgh offices, with the opportunity to work on a remote/hybrid basis within the UK. You will also be expected to travel internationally to represent StretchSense across the globe. This is a truly unique opportunity to forge a path within a growing global market with groundbreaking technology products.
