As their Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how they deliver service, leading transformation that’s driven by insight, built around inclusion, and focused on real results. You’ll head up a talented team of business analysts and work across departments to rethink and redesign customer journeys from the ground up. That means mapping processes, defining service requirements, and co-creating operating models that put our customers first while supporting key business goals.

From strategy to delivery, you’ll manage all aspects of change and see the results of your work take shape in just a few years.
What they are looking for:
- Significant experience in Lean Six Sigma (Ideally Black Belt). If you have over 3 years’ experience but are not a black belt, this is not a problem. The main thing they want to see is someone who has experienced failure and overcome this.
- A strong track record in continuous improvement and service design within transformation environments.
- Experience managing/mentoring individuals.
What is on offer:
- Up to £56,680 per year.
- Hybrid working 2 days a week. You can be based either out of their Peterborough or Bradford offices, so please apply if you live in a commutable distance for either of these areas.
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (you can add 2 further weeks to your holiday with a salary sacrifice if needed).
- Health and Wellbeing package.
