Elderly Nursing Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire
£15.45 per hour plus incentives
36-48 hours per week (day duty: 07:00 - 19:00 - to include alternative weekends and on call weekend rota)
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Team Leader to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.
Package for the Team Leader but not limited to:
- £15.45 per hour plus incentives
- 36-48 hours per week
- Day duty
- Shift pattern: 07:00 - 19:00 (days)
- Alternative weekends plus on call weekend rota
- Pay Rises – Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase

Team Leader requirements:
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum of one years’ experience in residential / nursing home setting.
- Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
- Full Driving Licence.
- To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
- Live within 30 minutes of the home.
