This social-first, digital agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager to take charge of their full Paid Media offering across various industries including Travel, Leisure, Hospitality & Luxe. You’ll be the driving force behind paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and TikTok — building smart, high-performing strategies that turn client goals into results. Whether it’s driving leads, boosting bookings, or scaling ecommerce sales, you’ll own the process from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to expert, advising clients, spotting opportunities, and constantly testing new ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.

The Role

  • Develop and implement results-driven paid strategies across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
  • Manage all aspects of paid campaigns — from initial setup, strategy, ad creation to ongoing optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximise effectiveness.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Create regular performance reports, offering deep insights and progress updates against strategic targets to our clients.
  • Lead client meetings, offering strategic guidance and clear recommendations.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, offering expert insights and contributing to pitch presentations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s strategic and business goals, tailoring campaigns to meet their unique objectives.
  • Continuously assess and improve our paid service offering, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (search & social), ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel tracking.
  • Results-focused, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with experience scaling successful campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills — able to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passionate about staying on top of industry trends and developments.
