TWX, on behalf of our client, are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator. This position is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for real estate and sales, who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role could be based out of 3 locations: Stirling, Linlithgow or Grangemouth, depending on the successful candidate. The Role: As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated. What’s on Offer: * £24k–£35k + OTE * Clear pathway for professional growth within a prestigious firm * Ongoing training and development * A supportive and collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities: * Know and understand the full range of properties available on the development * Build detailed knowledge of buyer’s individual needs and match these to available properties * Follow up all enquiries and also actively progress sales from reservation to completion * Complete all administration on time and accurately * Carry out home demonstrations with purchasers prior to settlement * Carry out snagging inspection and handover appointment on behalf of the developer/purchaser at time of settlement * Deliver exceptional customer service across the board What You’ll Need: * Experience in estate agency or property sales * Strong leadership and negotiation skills * Knowledge of the Central Belt property market * A full UK driving licence * An energetic, results-driven mindset
