Purpose of the Role Drive the growth and success of TalentPredix, a leader in talent assessment and development, by building strong client relationships, boosting sales, increasing market traction, and delivering impactful assessment and talent management projects. Measures of Success · Identify and Generate New Business Opportunities: Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand client partnerships. · Ensure Effective Project Planning and Delivery: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of assessment projects, fostering high client engagement and securing repeat business. · Manage Small Client Projects Efficiently: Oversee small client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely assessment delivery, comprehensive reporting, and high-quality client service. Main Responsibilities 1. Assessment Delivery, Interpretation and Research · Conduct and administer TalentPredix assessments for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. · Analyze and interpret assessment results, identifying key insights on strengths, motivations, and development areas. · Present findings to clients, ensuring clarity and value in the insights shared. · Contribute to the improvement of the assessment platform, processes, and methodologies based on feedback and evolving client needs. 2. Client Consulting and Coaching · Provide coaching and feedback sessions for clients based on assessment results to help them leverage strengths and address areas for improvement. · Support client managers and HR teams in understanding and applying assessment insights to enhance team dynamics, career development, performance improvement, and organizational development. · Manage small client projects, ensuring timely delivery of assessments and reporting. · Assist in delivering training sessions on TalentPredix tools and assessments to client HR teams and consultants. · Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions to build expertise in TalentPredix products and broader assessment methodologies. 3. Business Development and Account Management · Identify potential business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, presenting TalentPredix solutions tailored to their needs. · Actively participate in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to promote TalentPredix services and build brand visibility. · Collaborate with the business development team to generate leads and prepare proposals for new client engagements. · Collaborate with the client engagement team to track and report on project progress and client satisfaction. · Maintain organized records and documentation of assessment sessions, client communications, and reporting. Person Specification · Bachelor’s degree in occupational psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). · Any relevant certifications in coaching, psychometric testing, or assessment (e.g., BPS Level A/B) are advantageous. · Some experience (including internships) in HR, talent management, consulting, or related fields. · Strong relationship-building, networking and influencing skills. Prior experience in a sales or business development role is a plus. · A strong desire to learn and grow within the assessment and talent development space. · Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with data, client notes, and project management tasks to ensure high-quality output. · Highly adaptable with a willingness to take on new challenges, adapt to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, and learn new skills. · Collaborative, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and contributing to shared goals. · A strong drive and motivation to achieve exceptional results and advance in psychometric assessment and strengths-based talent management.
