Are you just about there getting your APC sorted? One last push to get it over the line and you're all done? Or maybe just MRICS in the last few months/year or so, and wondering if there's a better career option out there now?

This opportunity is to join a National consultancy but with a small office in Manchester. Hybrid working means you don't need to be in the office every day, and you'll be given lots of time with the Director to work together, go to client meetings and get everything you need to get your APC well under way and MRICS on track.

Or great client exposure to run your own projects and help grow the business as their number 2, coming in at Senior or Associate level Surveyor. You do need to have consultancy experience already, as there will be some aspects of the role where you'd need to hit the ground running. But you'll be fully-supported and your career will take some gigantic steps forward regardless of the level you come in at.
