Gecko Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be working exclusively with this wonderful cruise company who are looking for a Product Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. As Product Executive your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Department in designing and safely delivering high-quality shore excursion programs. These programs aim to consistently achieve high guest satisfaction while maximising revenue and profit for the brand.
Previous experience in the cruise industry is essential to be considered for this role.
The role:
- Managing relationships with agents, including product management, negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Creating product descriptions that actively promote and sell the selected shore excursion programs
- Preparing & presenting pricing proposals
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered on time
- Maintaining frequent communication with agents during the planning and implementation stages
- Reviewing and responding to pre- and post-cruise guest communications
You will have:
- Previous experience in the cruise industry (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The flexibility to travel and represent the company both nationally and internationally
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Strong written skills with good grammar
