Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:\\n\\nWe are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.\\n\\nImmediate start available (Subject to interview process)\\n\\nSalary is £27,500 per annum\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nSupport the Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks.\\nMaintain and update training records, tackle and warehousing registers and more.\\nComplete internal and external forms along with costing sheets accurately.\\nKeep physical and digital filing systems organised and up to date.\\nEnsure all paperwork is properly maintained and accessible.\\nAssist with general office duties and additional tasks assigned by the operations team and company directors.\\nAssist with administrative tasks to support our Accounts Team.\\nCommunicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.\\nLook proactively for ways to improve daily operations.Key Requirements:\\n\\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\\nProficient in all Microsoft office software.\\nHave a confident and professional telephone manner.\\nReliable with excellent timekeeping.\\nAble to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.\\nA positive attitude and flexible approach to work.In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.\\n\\nDutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client
