Job Description: We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our client’s dynamic team in London. This role is integral to the fund’s continued success and expansion, particularly within the gaming sector. The Associate will be deeply involved in all aspects of the investment process from initial screening to transaction closure, and ongoing portfolio management. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investments. Conduct due diligence, including market, operational, and financial assessments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the investment committee. Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies. Work collaboratively with senior management on strategic initiatives. Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within the TMT sector, special in video gaming.
