Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin and Sales Support to support the smooth running of our office and provide crucial administrative and operational support to our sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to establish a career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where they can develop skills in office management, sales operations, and data reporting. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the efficient organization of office resources, maintain accurate sales data, and contribute to the preparation of insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating schedules, and managing correspondence.
• Act as the primary contact for visitors and incoming inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support internal team needs, such as booking meeting rooms, organizing events, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including updating templates, organizing client files, and scheduling meetings.
• Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate customer and sales information.
• Assist with preparing sales documents, presentations, and support materials for internal and external use.
Data Reporting and Analysis:
• Compile and deliver regular sales performance reports, tracking key metrics such as sales targets, pipeline activity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all data entry and reporting processes.
• Provide actionable insights based on sales data and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
• 1+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, or a similar role (internship experience is welcomed).
• A-Levels or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear, professional, and concise communication, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to assist across teams.

Compensation & Working Environment:
Base Salary: £30K – £40K (*DOE)
