Corporate Title: Vice President/ Director
Our Corporate Coverage team focuses on offering treasury solutions to large United Kingdom (UK) Headquartered Clients across our footprint in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC) and Americas. You will provide clients with full access to the expertise of Corporate Bank and work in partnership with Investment Bank for Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Loans & Acquisition Financing.

Your key responsibilities:
- Covering and advising Financial Sponsor clients across the Corporate Bank product suite with a focus on Cash Management, Trust & Agency Services, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services and Risk Management Solutions.
- Originating new to bank client relationships through various channels, including personal network and subsequently managing these client relationships across our full product suite.
- Contribute towards the build out and execution of the UK Financial Sponsor strategy in terms of leading client acquisition and relevant new product development efforts.
- Acting as the Global Coverage Banker for UK Headquartered Financial Sponsors, coordinating across global coverage and product teams, ensuring a holistic coverage effort across regions is provided, complementing the global operations of your client base.
- Growing wallet share and generating significant revenue, recognising revenue opportunities to cross-sell products for all areas of the bank, inclusive of Investment Banking products.
- Driving results against client plans, franchise transactions, alignment with product partners and customer satisfaction.
Your skills and experience:
- Educated to University level degree or equivalent qualification/work experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience within the financial sector, deep experience of covering Financial Sponsor clients within a bank and an understanding of key needs and buying behaviours of the industry as well as industry-specific financing types, fund & general partners financing.
- A strong network of relevant decision makers within the UK Financial Sponsor space.
- Demonstrated track record of originating new clients and working in partnership with product teams to deliver client solutions across EMEA, APAC and Americas.
- Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of Know Your Client, Anti-Money Laundering and credit processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact with and manage senior stakeholders both externally and internally.
