Innovative and sustainability-focused, this organization offers a wide range of renowned agricultural machinery brands and digital solutions, all aimed at improving productivity and efficiency across the UK and beyond.

You will provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters arising from all areas of the business within EMEA including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Managing a broad mix of legal queries from multiple departments.
  • Advising on corporate governance matters, including M&A transactions, board and shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings.
  • Supporting business stakeholders with clear, outcomes-focused advice, balancing legal and commercial risks.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and promoting best practices, including the advancement of AI capabilities within the legal team.

Essential Requirements:

  • A qualified lawyer with 4-6 years PQE in Commercial or Corporate Law gained either in house or in private practice.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent legal analysis and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about process improvement and innovation within legal practice.
  • Some corporate governance experience.
