Process Improvement Consultant with excellent DMAIC, transformational process and process redesign skills required by a leading Financial Services company, on a hybrid basis from their London HQ. The role will operate at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level.
This is an initial 6 month contract role deemed outside IR35 offering a daily rate between £600- 650/ day.
This is a greenfield opportunity – you will join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team, driving major cultural change across the business. You will be responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture, delivering end: end process improvement projects, and coaching operational excellence across the organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have the following experience:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- DMAIC, transformational process & process redesign experience skills
- Strong skills in Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills
- Financial Services exposure
This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team in a highly visible role, where you will spearhead change.
It must be stressed that only applicants who have operated at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level, proven Financial Services experience and are comfortable with weekly on-site presence in London (~3 days / week) will be considered.
