We’re partnered with one of the UK’s fastest growing tech companies who are winners in scale-up and Clean Tech categories. The business has built an exciting new system for how energy is generated, traded and consumed, unlocking access to affordable, renewable energy at scale!
With a larger Series B fundraise planned in 2025, the business is preparing to take things to the next level; and have an opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving awareness, generating demand & building high-performing inbound pipeline using automation, AI and scalable growth tactics.
This role is ideal for a growth-oriented, tech-savvy, relentlessly curious driver with experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients and preferably worked in high-growth, fast-scaling teams - Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech.
With a direct line to the leadership team the Growth Marketing Manager would be required to:
- ACT LIKE A FOUNDER, owning budget, testing aggressively, and delivering outcomes while building a playbook as you go
- Have a commercial focus and ready to make an impact from day one
- Build an AI-powered, automated demand engine to fuel both sales and corporate development
- Drive exponential pipeline growth through smart, tech-enabled execution
- Position the business as the essential infrastructure layer for modern energy systems—across every sector
Requirements for this role:

- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling brand awareness & lead generation in a high-growth company.
- Deep experience with AI, automation, and growth marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn automation, any and all AI tools, programmatic ad platforms).
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients.
- Has worked in high-growth, fast-scaling teams - Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech preferred.
- Experience driving thought leadership and category creation - not just lead-gen but industry influence.
- Highly collaborative - can work with Sales, Corporate Development, and Product to drive unified growth.
