- Private M&A (buy and sell side)
- Private equity (management advisory and portfolio work)
- High-growth companies : shareholders' agreements, equity fundraising
- Corporate reorganisations and rationalisations
- General corporate advisory and partnership law
- Inward investment and cross-border transactions
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with industry specialists across tax, employment, real estate, and other key practice areas to deliver comprehensive support on corporate transactional work.
You’ll advise a diverse client base, including household-name PLCs, high-growth companies, mid-tier businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm’s corporate team handles transactions valued at over £3bn annually, with a significant portion involving international elements and cross-border collaboration.
We’re seeking a technically strong, personable, and ambitious lawyer with:
- PQE of 3+ years , ideally from a leading City, national, or regional firm.
- Experience in corporate work (specialisation in specific areas is welcome).
- A commercial and client-focused approach, with the ability to deliver sound, pragmatic advice.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ambition to grow into a commercially focused business adviser.
