We are a vibrant, young company seeking the very BEST in creative talent in Chester. We're looking for someone to take our brand and design ethos to the next level. This is not a position for a "photoshop wannabe" but for someone who loves and understands colour and design - and takes delight in creating a beautiful, simple and elegant user experience.
You'll be hugely creative, rethinking and reshaping the brand, the logo, the overall feel of the company. As such, you'll be given an enormous amount of free play in how you work. You'll need to create a cohesive, fun, user friendly experience for our online web presence and associated software services.
Initially we'll be looking for overarching concepts, colours, and design work, which you'll develop in rough form with the company founder and directors, and then refining further. You'll be creating online visual spaces and ideas that incorporate the company's existing products and make room for the new features and product lines currently in development.
You'll have exceptional vision and need to grasp the big, overall vision for the company - and bring that clarity even into the small detail. Everything will need to be exceptionally professional and polished.
You'll need to think through ways to introduce and improve trust building features, such as incorporating reviews from our clients. And you'll need to streamline the process to move from viewer to user of our services, through imagining the most simple onboarding possible.
We're looking for clear messaging, cohesive and simple design, and simple and enjoyable product UX.
