Our client, a Cyber Insurance scale up is looking for a VP of Sales to lead the growth of their SaaS product across EMEA.
They have had a huge level of growth and funding over the past couple of years and are continuing to scale- this hire will be responsible for building out the team, initially in an IC capacity.
Responsibilities:
– Manage their performance in the UK and EU market.
– Responsible for achieving the International Sales plan, focused on growth expansion in 2025 and 2026.
– Manage brokerage performance and penetration on brokerage primary portfolio with.
– Responsible for identifying targeted brokerage opportunities to leverage the solution capabilities. – Work closely with the underwriting and distribution team to prioritize local language capabilities to maximize penetration for International
– Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategies.
– Required to stay knowledgeable and up to date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales
- Experience in Cyber security sales
- Experience building out a region, specifically across EMEA
- Passion for cyber risk management and a willingness to contribute to educating clients on how to mitigate their cyber risk.
- Spanish or Italian language skills
